Don Martin has almost 25 years of experience in construction and facilities management. He began his facility and construction experience by effectively managing capital expenditure projects for 30 restaurants on the San Francisco peninsula. This included securing bids, city approvals, permitting and project oversight. He then served as Director of Operations for a Houston housing company which included managing the development and construction for over 400 homes.
Having owned and managed his construction company for the past 14 years; Mr. Martin possesses the necessary skills, to supervise comprehensive aspects for residential site planning and construction. He was solely responsible for the acquisition of all properties and coordinated all construction site activities of subcontractors, engineers and inspectors. Over the extent of his career, Mr. Martin has managed construction projects and sold real estate, both commercial and residential, totaling in excess of $10MM.
